1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

2. Services

DR Handy Services provides handyman, home repair, and maintenance services in Springfield, Virginia and the surrounding Northern Virginia area. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after on-site assessment. Scheduling is subject to availability.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  1. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from DR Handy Services at the number provided, regarding appointment reminders, service updates, quotes/estimates, billing notifications, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  2. Message frequency may vary.
  3. Message and data rates may apply.
  4. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

4. Quotes, Payments & Cancellations

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due upon completion of work via credit/debit card, check, or other methods agreed upon in writing.
  • Cancellations/rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits, if collected for scheduled work, may be applied toward the final invoice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or Services, including unauthorized access, interference, or unlawful use.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of DR Handy Services INC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Any workmanship warranty, where offered, will be provided in writing with your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR Handy Services INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DR Handy Services INC from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
